Built by Luke Barousse, a data analyst and educator who noticed something ironic: data professionals had almost no real data about their own job market. datanerd.tech is my attempt to fix that — a job market intelligence platform that collects postings daily to surface what skills employers actually want, what they pay, and how demand shifts over time. No opinions — just data.
How it works
Every day my pipeline collects thousands of job postings from job platforms across 171+ countries. Each posting is processed through a data pipeline that extracts skills, normalizes job titles, and calculates salary benchmarks. The results are aggregated and made available here — updated daily.
Data source
Job postings are sourced via SerpApi from Google Jobs search results. SerpApi provides the infrastructure that makes this daily collection possible. If you use their API, mention datanerd.tech for 20% off paid plans.
